How does the Personal Monthly subscription work?

With the Personal Monthly subscription, you can watch up to 5 videos per month. After purchasing the subscription, browse the site to add videos to you queue. Then visit your Manage Queue page to update and reorder the list. When ready, click “Update” on the Manage Queue page and the top 5 videos in your queue will be available for immediate viewing. Once selected, these videos will be locked until your subscription renewal date. At that time, you may update the videos available for viewing with the top 5 in your queue, or continue viewing the 5 from the previous month. It’s your choice! How does the Salon Monthly subscription work?

With the Salon Monthly subscription, you can watch up to 10 videos per month. After purchasing the subscription, browse the site to add videos to you queue. Then visit your Manage Queue page to update and reorder the list. When ready, click “Update” on the Manage Queue page and the top 10 videos in your queue will be available for immediate viewing. Once selected, these videos will be locked until your subscription renewal date. At that time, you may update the videos available for viewing with the top 10 in your queue, or continue viewing the 10 from the previous month. It’s your choice!

The Salon Monthly subscription is meant for sharing! As a user/account owner, you may grant access to an unlimited number of users by providing them with the Account Name and PIN (obtained during the checkout process). Users will have access to your subscription content and can manage the queue for the account by logging in with the subscription credentials.

How does the Yearly subscription work?

With the Yearly subscription, you can watch all of the videos available on the Redken Education on Demand website. After purchasing the subscription, browse the site and when you find a video you would like to watch, click on the video title or thumbnail image to begin playback. It’s that simple!

The Yearly subscription is meant for sharing! As a salon owner, you may grant access to an unlimited number of users by providing them with the Account Name and PIN (obtained during the checkout process). Users will have access to all Redken Education on Demand video content by logging in with the subscription credentials.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Log on to RedkenEducationOnDemand.com and go to My Account to access the “Cancel” link. Your cancellation request will be processed within 24 hours and you will receive a confirmation email.

Will I receive a pro-rated refund if I cancel mid-billing cycle?

No, this cancellation is effective at the end of your billing cycle. Until then, you will have access to the series via your Redken Education On Demand Account. Please review the Terms of Service (where is this?) for additional questions.
